This synthetic, water stone is a popular finish stone designed to polish cutting edge for chisels, plane blades, carving tools and Japanese style kitchen knives. It creates a smooth sharpening paste and has a firm cutting strength that will allow easy removal of scratches and burrs.
The stone is attached on a wooden stand and a small nagura stone is included for cleaning the surface of the stone and creating a fine sharpening paste to help the polishing process.
