1. Shipping Destinations

Hida Tool and Hardware Co. ships to addresses within the United States and to select international destinations. Please note that certain items may be restricted in some countries due to customs regulations.

2. Shipping Methods and Rates

The shipping & handling fees are calculated according to the subtotal of the order.We use UPS ground and USPS Priority Mail to ship orders unless you specify otherwise (such as faster services offered by UPS and USPS) at the time of purchase. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & other U.S. Territories will be shipped out via United States Postal Service and the shipping cost will vary depending on the destination.
For products that the shipping carrier classes as oversize, their additional shipping charge will be added to our basic charge. Our service representatives will be contacting you to confirm the shipping cost and payment information in that case.

3. Order Processing Time

Unless the ordered item is out of stock or there is an issue with the payment, an internet order will generally be processed and shipped out on the same day the order is placed. (If an order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed on Monday.) We will make every effort to quickly process your online orders but please understand that we cannot guarantee the delivery date.

4. International Shipping

For international orders, the customer is responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and fees. Hida Tool and Hardware Co. is not responsible for delays or additional charges due to customs clearance processes.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Certain items, such as hazardous materials or oversized products, may have shipping restrictions. In these cases, we will contact you to discuss alternative shipping options.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Once the package leaves our shipping department to the correct address, Hida Tool is not responsible for any issues that occur during shipping. Customer needs to communicate with the carrier (USPS or UPS) to resolve any issues regarding shipping.

7. Shipping Issues and Damages

If you encounter any issues with your shipment or if your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work diligently to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

8. Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order after it has been placed, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed for shipment.
