Shinogi style slick chisels are push chisels like the usu style, but the blades are triangular to clean the corners of dovetails. The hollow on the back of the blade is single.

Fujihiro brand chisels are hand forged by Chutaro Imai, a blacksmith who has been making chisels almost 50 years and is located in Sanjo City, Niigata prefecture.
