Body Material: Keyaki wood (zelkova)
This ink line comes with only the wheel and wooden body (string and ink sold separately).
These traditional sumitsubo (ink line) are made out of keyaki (zelkova). Sumitsubo are shaped like a small pot to hold ink, used to mark long, straight lines on wood. By inserting string line through the sumitsubo, the line will absorb ink and can be used as a ink line. This sumitsubo is the style that does not have the turning handle for the wheel.
