These ryoba saws are highly recommended for professionals. Juntaro Mitsukawa selected a special hard and flexible white steel to forge these saws. The blades are hand-scraped and finished to produce a long lasting cutting edge. The saw comes with a handle made of wood wrapped with cane. When a certain size is not in stock, they will need to be forged and shipped from Japan so it will take at least 1 month to be available in store.
