Intoh (skew) knife is a smaIl marking knife made of Yasuki white steel, used to draw fine lines. It is also used for carving wood. Available in left or right bevel. The marking knives are beveled on one side only.
Baishinshi is a brand produced by a blacksmithing family who has been forging carving knives and chisels for more than 250 years. Currently the 7th generation took over as "Baishinshi Kunimitsu", the family blacksmith name.
