The blades are made of VG-1(stainless steel with molybdenum). The knives are well balanced with long lasting cutting edge and have rust-resistant properties. The sides have several pits that prevents materials from sticking on the blade. The all-purpose knife’s blade is a santoku style, useful for general cooking. The handle is made of laminated wood and all the knives have a full tang.
