This little guy really packs a punch in the kitchen. The peeler sports a traditional Japanese shape with the handle in the middle and a wide razor style blade mounted in the middle. This provides an ideal angle for peeling round and cylindrical fruits and veggies like potatoes, apples, carrots and even ginger. The small plastic tab on the side is designed to scoop out potato eyes.
