This little guy really packs a punch in the kitchen. The peeler sports a traditional Japanese shape with the handle in the middle and a wide razor style blade mounted in the middle. This provides an ideal angle for peeling round and cylindrical fruits and veggies like potatoes, apples, carrots and even ginger. The small plastic tab on the side is designed to scoop out potato eyes. For your convenience our phone number is printed on the peeler so you can call us for a knife sharpening appointment or to order that knife you’ve been saving up for.
