The Turning Slicer is a cutting tool designed to create long, fine strings from vegetables. The finished result looks like noodles. Side dishes like shredded raddish commonly placed next to sushi and sashimi plates can be easily created with this tool. By changing the serrated blades you can easily create various shreddings and slices such as sliced onions for hamburgers and salads.
