Funahiro or Mr. Funatsu is the only blacksmith who's been awarded the Orders of Sacred Treasure by the Japanese government. Studied under Mr. Usui and Mr. Yokosaka, his relentless pursuit of perfect blade is astonishing. His special steel was created with help of Mr. Usui and the engineers from the Hitachi Steel.
Japanese chisels do not come fully sharpened and setup, if you would like us to do this process for you it will cost $350 and will take one week.
